Where do I start?
The best place to start is to phone or email to make an appointment. This way you can see samples of the designs that you like, or if you are unsure about what you want, you can come and view our entire range. From here we can help you choose a style and colour that best suits you and your special occasion.
Appointments
We understand that most people have work commitments and other daily pressures, which is why we are more than happy to see you after hours and on weekends. Please email or phone to arrange a suitable time for you.
What if I am interstate or unable to make an appointment?
This is not a problem. We can still offer a friendly and professional service to you via the phone and email. If there is a particular design that you like, for a small fee we can send you a sample invite. Once an order is placed, all sample fees will be deducted of the total order price.
When to order?
Orders need to be place 6-8 weeks prior to the required delivery date. We recommend ordering stationery at least 3-5 months before the wedding date. We also recommend ordering all of your matching accessories at the same time as your invites. This is to avoid disappointment should a particular paper or product range be discontinued.
Ordering Process
Once you have chosen your invitation and/or matching accessories, you will then need to choose your wording. You can choose from the examples that we have available or submit your own wording.
After the wording has been advised, we will prepare and email to you the proofs of your invitations and/or accessories (with the exception of guest’s details). Please print out and examine all proofs carefully. Once you are happy with the proofs, we will request written confirmation that you are satisfied with all of the wording (email is acceptable). From here we will request a 50% deposit and ask you to submit your guest list (a template will be provided). Once the deposit and guest list are received we can commence production.
As a part of our service we offer free personalisation of all invitations and place cards, as well as free addressing of labels for invitation envelopes and labels for boxed invitations.
Once your order is complete and ready for pickup, we will request the final balance.
